Hello All,
I would like to turn the Summary field in the HelpDesk form into a multi
tier pull down. I would also like to keep the functionality of entering in
the Summaries through the Config Mang.

Has any done this before and if so can you tell me how?

In general how do you create a multi tier pull down list?

If you want to maintain the multi-tiered menu from the Config Menu, perhaps a File Menu would work, but I don't know how you'd keep it real-time - haven't used those much.
