I posted a rather buggy version of the ARWeb 4.0 editbox.js which contained
a date picker a few days ago. Thanks to Patrick Zandi, I was able to track
down some errors and correct them.

He, however, reported a problem I haven't been able to reproduce. So, I'm
going to put this version of the js file out there for general use with the
recommendation that if you use it, please make sure to test it if you use
the following platform:

IE 5.01 - patched version.
Win2K - patched version.
