Hi everyone

Still new and struggling here - this is trivial but I still need to sort

I am sending out email notifications and my filters work well. I pull in the
text I want from a character field on another form, populate a display only
field on main form which is used to populate the body of the email. BUT
whether I format the text, or use straightforward notepad bare text, I am
getting some underlying code because I get 2 line spaces that I don't want,
and the first line of text is in blue. Where on the server should I be
looking to try and change these hidden codes?

I don't think Exchange is the culprit, but with my DBA away for a week, and
not knowing my way round the server I am stuck. Where on the server should I
be looking to try and change these hidden codes, if indeed that is the
answer?
