Rather than downloading the entire tool and taking the chance of messing up
your existing installation, with another installation, there is an
alternative.
You can go over to http://www.geoffe.com/arsperlweb/ and download a file
named ars-40.zip. Inside the file there are three DLL files that you will
need for arsdoc to work. These files are arapi40.dll, arutl40.dll, and
arrpc40.dll. Copy them into c:\windows\system or c:\winnt\system32 directory
(depending on your flavor of windows) and give arsdoc a try.
