QUESTION #1:
I want to have an interface which will allow me to easily view and change
numerous entries quickly. For example, the phone entries are in different
formats (ie. 415.xxx.xxxx; 415-xxx-xxxx; (415) xxx-xxxx; XXXXX; etc.) and I
want to standardize them. I know in SQL's client, it is fairly simple in
other systems but don't know a good way to do it with Oracle and Remedy.
Someone suggested a front end of Access but I can't complete the process
because I don't know where to look or how to do it.

QUESTION #2:
Has anyone had a problem with getting inconsistent search results? Perhaps
Clear All before the search was the culprit but I cannot replicate the
problem that both myself and a colleague had.
