Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has created a simple web interface (say on
ARWEB 3.02) for the Solutions/Knowledgebase form in Helpdesk 4.0. Our plan
is to open the Solutions to all the users so that they can query off the web
if needed. What we were hoping for was to have a field on our web site,
where the users can type in their problem key words and that will
automatically search and return the results from the Knowledgebase
(something like Remedy has on their web site). If you have implemented this,
we would appreciate it if you could share the concept/code with us.
