Job Description
This engineer will be involved with requirements analysis, design and
implementation of the Remedy software product line. In some cases there will
be project management skills required. Currently, we are looking at field
engineers possessing one or all of the following skill sets to join our
Remedy implementation team.
? Installation of infrastructure management software
? Data- base development work
? Networking
? Possessing the aptitude of comprehending the impact of management
software as it relates to a customer's business rules and work flow.

Responsible for day-to-day office operations and the coordination of local
Remedy engineers. Qualified individuals should have strong management
skills, a background with the Remedy product lines, the ability to resolve
client problems and be able to interface with the sales force.
