Hello all,
I am trying to PUSH some fields from a Primary
(unsaved) form to a different form to no avail.
I am using 4.0.3 WinNT BUT this is all within the
constraints of the flat file (for development).

No Errors on execution ... Just doesn't happen. HELP!

=====

Regards,

Linda Gage (415) 656-4470(415) 806-1461

hi,

do you have the right conditions set under: "push field if", "if no requests match", "if multiple request match"

notice, when wanting to create a new ticket, you have to set "if no requests match" = "take no action" and "if multiple request match" = "create new ticket" (or is it otherwise... check that out, i don't know it exactly just out of brain)

bye, harald
