Cleints use their own clock in active links. Also in queries. I've been
caught out using $TIMESTAMP$ in an advanced query when the PC clock was very
wrong!
Cliets also adjust times to fit their own time zone.
So, times that end up in your remedy system can be a mixture of client and
server depending upon whether they come from filters or active links etc....
