Is there a keystroke to refresh tables, or lists in Remedy? I have some Whiners (I mean Users) that don't want to right click and refresh, or use the pull down menus available.

You can place a button on the form and then have an active link refresh the table on click. The action is Change field, then select the
table and below you will notice a check box to refresh table. Simple really.

Janice,

F5 refreshes results lists. It doesn;t refresh tables unless the table is
in a two pane window with a results list and then it will.

Janice,

For the pull down menus you can use the down-arrow. I'm not sure about the tables. I know that you can refresh the results list (after you do a search) with the key. If there is a keyboard shortcut, it would be defined when you do the right-click.
