Did you migrate the licenses as well ? You should know that the NIC card is
bound to the MAC address of your LAN card and Remedy uses this to "key"
licenses.
If you did not receive a purge agreement and then relicense the new server
this
could be part of your problem? Remedy is sometimes slow getting the license
keys out
but you can get emergency keys quickly to get your system up and running
while the
wheels turn for re-issuance of the license keys.
Did you check the NT Event log or the arerror.log (in the installation
directory) for
additional details of the error. Hope some of this helps.

same server name and ip address). When I try to start NTSERVERD I get the
