The answer to this is NO. Remedy will allow you to login multiple times
with a single id whether its fixed or floating.

I bought Basic Tech support, which is 15% product cost, it supposed to be 15% of
20,000.
But Remedy charging 15% of 30,000 for Tech Support.
Can I exclude support for User Lic. fee? Why do I need tech Support for User
Licenses?

I don't see anything wrong with this. It saves User time and money(?)
Eventhough Joe Logged @ two places the Updates he makes will go through ARadmin.
DBMS will take care of data concurrency problems!

Ravi,

The support on licenses is support for the base ARSystem.

The support on applications is for support of the applications,
definitions, apps server, etc.

At my helpdesk we don't have any applications as we run home-grown apps.
If they removed the support charges on normal licenses, we would be very
happy :-)

Ok, If Support fee for lic. is support for ARsystem, here is my question.
If you company A buy ARS + 50 Lic. paying a lot more than Company B, which
bought ARS + 5 Licenses.
In reality Remedy users don't call Remedy support. In both cases, only Remedy
Admin or Remedy developer call for support.
As Remedy Admin and developer, I see this: No matter how many lic. we have, my
calls to get clarifications/doubts/help to Remedy Tech supoort doesn't change.
Do you agree?
