Listers --

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the 'Query Service Requests'
section on Remedy's site has the words:

"UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Sorry for the inconvenience." displayed in bold red
text?

The page spits out JavaScript errors, and has been like this all week.

The ticket sumbission page, while displaying no "under construction"
message, also spews JavaScript errors, thus preventing ticket sumbission.
Wait -- this has now been fixed. But the page requires you to enter your
support contract # now, and all the fields don't populate via Active Links.

Then, Remedy disallows free-form email submissions to support@remedy.com,
and screws up their web pages to sumbit tickets. On top of that, they ask
(via certain support contracts) that you submit tickets via electronic
methods.

Haven't they heard of source-code control? Why haven't they rolled back to
a working version? None of us can affort to spend between 30 and 90 mins.
on hold waiting to check on the status of open cases. *sigh*

Just my gripe for the day =)

Tony,

Yes, I've noticed the same thing. Also that what suffices for their CTI
data isn't expansive or generic enough to handle nearly the scope of items
it used to or needs to. Data or Import issues, for instance. I already
sent them one nastygram, but I don't think it will affect much.
