beat ya to it. :) I did mine a little differently though. I created a
form and a filter to modify all based on the assinged group = assigned group
on the ticket and then push that value to the assignee group. You know what
I find amazing.....sometimes...the most simple solutions are the hardest to
come up with!!! :)

I had to do a lot of this when I converted from Help Desk 3 to 4 last fall -
including that particular field - I used MS Access 2000 with an ODBC
connection to the SQL Server database to push in the changes underneath ARS.
