You have to call tech support to get it though. After applying it, we
found the screens to be useable at 800x600 resolution without having to
scroll. However, they still appear slightly larger than the regular
User Tool.

The following is from the remedyweb admin guide:
Default Task Finder Width
Specifies the task finder width, in pixels. The default setting is
550.
Default Task Finder Height
Specifies the task finder height, in pixels. The default setting is
320.
Default Form Width
Specifies the form width, in pixels. The default setting is 700.
Default Form Height
Specifies the form height, in pixels. The default setting is 500.
Note The Default Form Width and Default Form Height values are used
only
when the
form is opened in a browser window. If a form is opened from the task
finder, it will be
opened with the default width and height set in the Remedy
Administrator.
My question is what does it mean by opened in a browser window? I am
unable
to get the jave screen size to shrink down. The users have to use the
scroll bars on most of our forms and the field sizes are very large.
It
says if the form is opened from the task finder, it will be opened with
the
defualt width and height set in the amin, does anyone know where that
is set
at? Thanks for the help
