Question regarding the deletion of the User schema in 4.0.3 Is it possible
to delete the User schema that is in the 4.0 and then import our own User
schema which version 3.2? We want to do this asap....
Environment
Server ARS 3.2.1
Sun Solaris
Oracle 8.05
Client Win NT 4.0
AR User 3.2

TIA

version 4.0, which I suspect will cause you significant problems. And given
how much other stuff in the system is dependent upon the information in
User, I would be very leery of do this. You probably want to use the Admin
Tool to make any necessary modifications to the 4.x User schema instead.

I have done this, you must make sure that you log into the usertool as
admin. Delete the User form and immediately import the new one back in.
Then, without logging out of the usertool submit a new admin entry into the
user form from the usertool. (Be very careful to make sure all required
fields for admin are set: License = Fixed etc.)

This has worked for me,

Aaron~
