Remedy lists the practical limit as 6 different layers due to the fact that
every level of join is essentially a query on each form in the join. I
don't know what criteria they used to define the 6 levels, but I'm sure it
would depend on the quantity of data that is being queried and your hardware
setup. Obviously more data, more of a performace hit-Fast system, better
performance, und so weiter...
I've never created anything over 4 levels as I've never needed to, but also
because of possible performance issues.
Maybe you could be the guinea pig?!

Subject: Levels of joins
Hi - I have created a joinform based on 2 other joins, 4 involved forms.
Same key, outer join. Index on key. Respose time is fast, good.
Just curious - is there a limit, is it for ex.possible to have 10 or more
levels - anyone who has tried ? No reason to - but it can be good to hear
from You with experience from multileveljoins.
Thanks, L ars
