Code Sharing Site

a MAJOR source of help for me. There have been many people post export
definitions, web sites, etc of code they have written to perform various
functions. The page that David Sanders just posted about Outlook and
Remedy was exactly what I needed to see today.
I'm thinking about setting up a location where we can all send code samples
/ definitions / screen shots, etc. that could be shared with the list
members. In the world of programming code sharing is the only way for
everyone in the business to produce the highest quality and reliable
products. So, if we are writing code that is not copyrighted to the company
that will be using it. Why not publish so everyone can become better and
quicker at programming tasks.
From what I see, we all could benefit from a site like this. Please reply
with comments, suggestions, or an address of such a place that already
exists.
Thanks in advance and hope the Y2K bugs take it easy on everyone of you.

time or money's invested in it. If no one's making money off Remedy's
ideas, I don't see how they'd have a problem with it, and they do already
invest in this List, but it never hurts to check.

I've created a group called "arslist" which is public.
The primary goal of the site is for email lists (which we already have!) but
there are other neat items, too... Like the Vault (quasi-database),
calendars (local rug events?), polls, etc.
It allows for ~20 MB of files/url's to be added to the "Vault" for each
group.
We could even set up multiple groups under 1 group, i.e. server, workflow,
scripting, under the arslist group.
Just a suggestion :) This site could save some time...

It looks like their indexes for groups take a while to update.
This URL should work : http://www.egroups.com/group/arslist/info.html
