time is in 24-hr format. It looks like this: "09 DEC 99 2315". How can I
change my form to give me 24-hr time information versus the traditional
AM/PM stuff?

Thanks

The format of date/time as viewed in Remedy is controlled by two factors:
1. The Regional Settings in your Windows 95/98 or NT system define the short
and long date format desired under the Date tab, and the Time Tab defines
the time format as well as whether it's to be expressed as a 12-hour clock
or a 24-hour clock.
2. Then whether you get the Short or Long Format is controlled in Remedy
itself with the DispDateMode parameter in the ar.ini; where DispDateMode=1
will give you the Short Date format. You have to edit the ar.ini with an
editor an insert that parameter in the [Desktop} section, as it is not
available through the User Tool Preferences GUI.

If you are on Windows 95/98 you can check/change your Regional Settings by
selecting Start - Settings - Control Panel - Regional Settings. The Time Tab
HH:mm:ss gives a 24-hour clock format.

Hope this helps.
