You ought not to have to adjust the .cfg file manually. Connect to your
website with the config.exe tool (it's usually
http:///ars/cgi-bin/config.exe )
Once you're in to the config utility, you can add additional servers for
ARWeb to connect to. I believe there's a config option called "AR Servers".
Since ARWeb is essentially functioning as a client to ARS, it's possible the
values exist in an ar file (or perhaps in the registry if you're on NT).
Check out HKEY\LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Remedy\ARWeb3.0\ if you're unable to
get into the config utility (forgoten password, or whatever).
