I have been using ARS 4.0.2 for a short time now.
I remember that I had a huge problem with ARS 2.1, which was that the
"Modify All" operation would not fire the active links, like a regular
"Modify" action would. That was a big problem. From what I see now, this has
been fixed in ARS 4.0.2. The tests I have done seem to confirm that. I would
like to double-check with you : does a "Modify All" operation fire the
active links on all modified tickets, like it would be done by modifying
each ticket separately ?

I can only speak for myself but, in my experience Modify All has worked
just the way it is supposed to.
