In reference to outdated information previously published on this site,
we are providing the following update for Support's business hours
during the upcoming holiday season:

Remedy will be staffed over the holiday season
from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday (6:00 a.m. in EMEA).
During these hours, we will handle your telephone, email and web requests
just like any normal business day.
However, Y2K-related escalations will join server down escalations as
priority calls during that time period.

For your benefit, we have also put together a special promotion of
discounted 24x7 service for customers who have Y2K concerns outside of business
hours.
