useful. It's a command line program and a bit cryptic, so not for the faint
of heart. But it can be used to apply changes from the .def file of your
old User form to the new one.
It doesn't do data, however. You'd have to use ARImport for that (but be
careful not to delete the admin account)
In theory, Ostream should work for this as well, but I've never tried it
personally.
