Have any of you integrated FSI's Service Order Module into Remedy? We are
looking for something to help with service order tracking and this was
suggested to us. If you have implemented it we were just curious about how
easy/difficult it was and what you thought of the product overall.
Thanks
Melissa

That product was created for ARS 2.0. The attached
file contains the definitions to perform the same
functions, but in ARS 3.2 or above. The attachement,
Task Management System (TMS), can create an unlimited
number of Tasks without flooding the server and
terminating the creation chain. TMS works completly
inside of AR System - no external calls. You can
install TMS on as many servers as you like, for any
number of users.
You can convert TMS to ARSystem 4.0 by replacing the
filters that 'run process aruser' with filters that
PUSH or 'run macro'.
