When the incident number is copied and pasted on quick search field (ie present on IM console or homepage..) and if there happens to be a newline at the end, the search will fail.
Well i did use the function like LEFTC($Quick Search$,15), it did it work. But if the user enters only the no (12345678) without any prefix like INC or WO the search will fail. Looks like i need to tweak there? Any inputs will be appreciated.
