We currently have an ARS 7.5 server running the Helpdesk/Change/Asset 6.3 applications.

As a company we have been investigating CMDB 2.0 and understand that it is supported on the ARS 7.5 platform.

My question is the integration of CMDB 2.0 with ARS 6.3 apps. We would rather not upgrade the applications to Release 7 as they have been heavily customized to our operations.

Has anyone else out there done something like this and would you be willing to share your experience with this approach.
