Hi All,

I want to modify the RunIF criteria on the filter that sends an email requesting the user fill out a survey.

I want to select Cases based on the last digit of the Case ID being equal to 9, for example, to get every tenth case.

I do not have the documentation. We are on Remedy 6.03.

Can someone give me the Remedy function that will give me that last character of the Case ID?
