Ive just begun developing on the new overview console (I was previously on 6.0 ITSM.)

I am trying to create new columns on the OC table. I have successfully been able to add columns and values using BMC Support Forum this method.

I want to be able to add the "VIP" flag = yes or no which is on CTM:People as a column to the OC table based on requester login id.

So each Request, the requester would be vip = yes or no in a column. Is this possible?

How would the ARDBC/plugin now to select the vip = yes or no from the CTM People form based on requester login id?
