We are in the process of creating Altris packages for deploying Remedy 7.5 to our users's computers. The package to install has been successfuly completed. However, the unintall package - uninstalling Remedy 7.1 has been problematic even though we have followed the silent install instructions and have been working with a Remedy tech. This package will be deployed to computers/laptops running XP Professional, Vista and Windows 7.


The uninstall package will run if you invoke it locally on a computer, but if you attempt to run it remotely, it will pass the contents but the uninstall program will not run. When we look at the setup log, we are seeing this
