Could someone advise me on how a new field on "HPD:Help Desk" in ITSM 7.6:03 can be added to the form "SYS:Notification Messages" in order to show that new field value in an Email message.
1. What Filters, Active Links and Forms needs to be updated, and how will the updates be done to get the new field shown in an Email message to an Assignee?
I am using ITSM ITSM 7.6:03.
( I understand that the "Email Message Body" field of record in the form "SYS:Notification Messages" that corresponds to the notification tag "HPD-INC-AssigneeAssignment" needs to be updated with the new field. )
