Does anyone know how to get User access Stats, eg User login and logoff Date and Time, out of Remedy?
I can only find one field that give the Last Access vaule,

Hi,

You need to enable the server statics option under server information from AR System Information, then open the form called Server statics there you can see all the information of the user, like number of times he logged in, his access time etc.

many thanks for the reply and I must apologise for not responding sooner.
Checked and Server Stats are being recorded but I see nothing that indicates any specific user.
The information being recorded is Cumulative Queue - do I need to change it to another option to see "Users" ?
