The requirement is as below:
1. New code to be written at Remedy client end and Server end to trap time zone of the client/server before text is written to text fields.

2. When writing text to text fields either by Active link (i.e. by client) or by a filter (i.e. by server) suffix Date.Time text with the time zone trapped

If a user raises ticket in India and adds a text comment with Date Time embedded then IST should be suffixed with this Date Time. If this ticket worked upon in New York, USA and text comment with Date Time embedded is added then EST/EDT should be suffixed.
