Currently using custom ARS applications but moving to ITSM -- and this will be on a system hosting multiple companies (not just us). In a recent demo of ITSM, we saw that there are menu fields which appear to be set up as company-specific -- so that we can select values just for ourselves rather than wade through values for other companies also hosted on the same system. These are the fields which are PERSON/ORGANIZATION-specific.

The problem we see is that the following fields don't appear to allow company-specific values:
--Operational Categorization (Tier 1/2/3 values)
--Product Categorization (Tier 1/2/3 values)

Can the out-of-the-box suite accommodate having these values segregated by company, as well?
