I’m working on a bid for a fairly large customer who has the following requirements:

BMC Remedy Application management Specialist – SME with demonstrated direct administrative experience 9design and implementation of service Request Management) in BMC Remedy 7.x or higher toolset.
BMC Remedy Application Integration Specialist – SME with demonstrated direct integration support of the BMC Remedy 7.x or higher toolset and direct administration support of the Remedy Atrium CMDB.
BMC Remedy Application Expert – SME with demonstrated experience in the integration and implementation of BMC Remedy 7x. or higher toolset in an organization that supports up to 50K users and has IT staff around 1K. Must have experience in implementation of incident, change, release, asset, problem and knowledge management modules of BMC Remedy 7.x or higher.
