Hi everyone,
We are using SLM 7.5 and I want to manually detach some Service Targets from Incidents. Workflow was supposed to skip adding them on tickets that were set Cancelled by the phone system. This has been fixed but I have about 100 tickets that I need to remove them from.
I have testing this from the SLM:Measurements form by setting the status to Detached and from what I can see it updates the Service Target and the SLM_Status field on the Incident.
Does anyone know any reason why it would be a bad idea to do it this way? Also, is there a better way?
I've also had some other tickets where the Service Targets stay In Process after the ticket is Resolved. Can I update them the same way?
Any suggestions would be fantastic :-)
