I am in a big trouble i am working in a setup where the webserver's tomcat services went down , now when we got that UP. The KM link is not working, It asks for Remedy Knowledge managment Configuration password. I dont have it . I tried all the passwords, no go . please assist
KMS_Config.xml in the config folder of RKM Installation has the password value. If it is encoded, remove the value, add new password and restart tomcat.
