Hi,

I do have a query regarding applying the patch 008 to AR Server. Currently we have applied patch 003, unfortunately Email engine crashing once in a week & eventually crashes AR System. Are there any prerequisites to be considered before directly applying patch 008 to AR Server?

Just review the release notes to see if you need to upgrade your JDK as well. Those two usually are pretty dependent on each other. By the way, your question is not very clear, as the install packages for the AR Server and the E-mail Engine are two separate packages and not combined... either way, if you're looking at patching one, the other, or both, you need to review the release notes to see what their installation instructions and patch pre-requisites are.
