Hi,

I am trying to remove the Preference server setting from Remedy User and then trying to add the server IP + RPC in the Accounts information.
But everytime the IP disappears and the Preference server appears again.

Is there anyway I can remove the Preference server permanently. I have checked the AR System User Preference form but not sure what needs to be done. Please comment. Thanks in advance

Hi,

Goto-> preference server form under General tab, you can see Server below that you can text box called Server Login list in that mention you server ip and also go to server information form under that select Advanced tab in that make the preference server according to your condition.
