Hi with ITSM 7, it is possible to create an automatic task attached to a chg request .... i just try it, and it won't works .. and idea or something like that

Just to be sure you understand me correctly, i have an change request already created and i want to automaticly adde task .. im not able to do a push direct in the tms task .. any other way ?

I think that you must use task templates to achieve that.

i just find a way .. i push to tms task directly, but their some hidden fields that are required

Vincent, it works, for the task creation, but when i change the status of the change request, the task never change, they always in the "staged" status" and im not able to change it ....

im looking some log since 1 day .. and i really don't know whay .. any idea ?

The tasks can only be activated in Planned or In progess change's status...
