I'm new to Remedy and interested to learn ASAP, PLS guide me the possible ways and also planning to write some certifications too, PLS let me know where do I can register for that?

Welcome to the community! Your best bet is to get your company to send you to training. Go to http://www.bmc.com and look in the Education section for Remedy training. They outline the different tracks, certifications, etc. for what you'll need. Also, besides this site, you can look at the Developer Network: http://developer.bmc.com (create an account there to access more information).

And, of course, sign up for the ARSList: http://www.arslist.org (actual link to subscribe is here: http://listserv.rbugs.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?SUBED1=arslist&A=1 ). It is a very active community that is very willing to share knowledge. You'll like it, I'm sure!

It will be better if u take BMC Remedy Admin1,2,3 certification courses.These are really helpful.
