Question - Is feasible to do a direct import into TMS:Task for tasks being migrated from ITSM 6. Meaning do an export of all data on CHG:task (ITSM 6) into an .ARX file, modify the data accordingly, and then do a direct import into TMS:Task in ITSM 7.
Tasks can be imported but you need the Change Id and Change Instance ID. These two field values are needed to be imported into various fields in Task form to associate the Task to coressponding Change.
