We are migrating Incedent Management and SLM data to other Remedy Server.

We've create process to migrate incidents using HPD:IncidentInterface_Create form and everything is fine.
But we want also to migrate SLM data related to incidents.

Any ideas how to achieve this?

Incidents are with new Numbers(we have the old number in new field).

Hi,

One option is go for Migrator tool and other option is using slm import/export.
This will be under Application Administration Console-> Custom Configuration-> Service Level Management-> Import/Export
Fill the required information and click the option which you like.
