How do i get rid of this error in mid-tier?

error message:
The following error(s) occurred while trying to process your request:

ARERR [9201]
Session is invalid or has timed out. Please reload page to log in again.

I get this error when I click on logout button. BTW, this doesn't occur always, that bonkers me. In mid-tier we have set the session time-out to 15 minutes. This occurs before 15 minutes.

Mid-tier 6.3, Java 1.5.0_05, IIS 6.0, ServeletEsec 5.0

Are you at the latest 6.3 MT patch level? Also, have you applied all of the ServletExec hotfixes?

Thanks for the reply, Matt. We are at patch level 23 and haven't applied any ServletExec hotfixes.

Abhi,

At my last check, patch 025 is available for 6.3. So, you may wish to look at patching your MT to that level as well as getting the SE hotfixes in place.

After that, if you're still experiencing the issue you may, actually, consider upgrading your MT to 7.1 (it will work w/ a 6.3 server, as long as the ARServer is above a certain patch level). That also may address the issue for you.
