Dear All,
We are tring to do Remedy LDAP integration with the Oracle Identity Management LDAP server using Remedy AREA/ARDBC Plug-ins. When we are tring to create the vendor form we cannot see the list of tables coming up. We got the error ARERR 8755 and when we checked the err messge doc it says
The specified plug-in does not exist.
AR System server referenced a plug-in that the plug-in service has not loaded. and when we checked the Plugin Logs we got the error message Invalid credentials (LDAPERR 49)

Have any one faced the same kind of issue .. OR can any one help me on this issue?

Check that you have configured properly the AREA and the ARDBC plugins using a goo LDAP account.
