We need to implement blcakberry to remedy ITSM integration. I am aware of some thirdparty tools like Aerospace etc, however i would like to know a way to do it myself.

One option i have thought of is to write server side code to get the required data from Remedy DB directly and do the required operations through .Net APIs.

However, i would like to know if it is possible to do it without using any server side scripts.

I want to understand if we can somehow make the blackberry device to directly access Remedy Mid-Tier.

Any thoughts on this are welcome
