Hi Folks,
I am facing a very wierd issue.
I have two buttons with permission only for Mangers. If i am opening in the User tool no persons other than managers can see those buttons. But if i login through midter all the users only see those two buttons. I have checked the workflows that fires on mid tier and no actions have been written to make it visible. We are using Remedy Version 7.1 and Mid Tier 7.1 and the web server is tomcat

can any one please help me why this is happening
