Can anyone tell me how to reverse the approval process?
Meaning restarting the approval process for a Change Request that was initially rejected, and now put back in the approval Process. I know we can always reset the CTIs, or create a new Change Request, but senior management will prefer this be done via workflow. Version 6.3 Apps.
