Hi,
We are trying to integrate MS-CRM with Remedy CSS 5.6 (ARS 6.3). The requirement includes passing login credentials and other basic information from CRM to create a ticket in Remedy, and passing the Case ID, Status and direct URL to the ticket from Remedy back to CRM. What would be the best way to achieve this? Any thoughts, suggestions etc would be a great help.
