faizal.nunes Stealth Member Registered: 08/17/08 Posts: 5	We have installed and configured SLM. SLAs and contracts are being built but no service targets are assigned i.e. with Incident management. We have logged this ticket with BMC but any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
