Could anyone please help me out in this integration, I need to integrate Remedy 7.1 and HP Service Desk 4.5 through webservice for the webservice in HP we are using the TIBCO server as a middleware, so could anyone share their ideas with us it would b great pleasure for us.
1) We need the integration procedure,
2) What are all the precaution steps to be taken care.
